How long does delivery take?+
Total delivery time is 6–12 business days: 1–3 business days of processing plus 5–9 business days in transit. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET (Mon–Fri) start processing the same day. Shipping is always free. Shipping Policy
What is your return policy?+
You can return unused, unassembled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Your refund is processed within 7 days after we receive the return, and there is no restocking fee. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost. Refund & Return Policy

What if my item arrives damaged?+
Write the damage on the delivery receipt, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We'll send replacement parts or a new unit at no cost, or give you a full refund.
