1. Agreement

By placing an order on zazenki.com, you agree to these Billing Terms & Conditions together with our Terms of Service and Billing Policy.

2. Authorization to Charge

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. You authorize Zazenki and its payment processors to charge the full order total, including any applicable sales tax.

3. Pricing Errors

We work hard to keep prices accurate. If a product is listed at a wrong price, we may cancel the order and give a full refund, or contact you to confirm the correct price before shipping.

4. Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged where required by law, based on your shipping address, and is shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on every order to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. No shipping charge is added at checkout.

6. Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments made with PayPal, Google Pay or Afterpay are also covered by those providers’ own terms. Afterpay installments, payment schedules and any late fees are managed by Afterpay under your agreement with them.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cancellations before shipment receive a full refund. Returns within 30 days of delivery are refunded within 7 days after we receive the item, with no restocking fee. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. 8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. If a chargeback is filed, we may share order, shipping and communication records with the payment provider.

9. Fraud Prevention

We may hold, verify or cancel any order that appears fraudulent. If an order is cancelled for this reason, any payment collected is refunded in full.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.
