How to Report

Email support@zazenki.com with the subject line “Security Report” and include:

• A description of the issue and where it occurs (URL or page)
• Steps to reproduce it
• Its possible impact
• Your contact details, so we can follow up

• We will investigate, keep you updated and fix confirmed issues as quickly as possible.
• We will not take legal action against anyone who reports an issue in good faith and follows these guidelines.

• Do not access, change or delete other customers’ data.
• Do not disrupt our website or services. No denial-of-service attacks or spam.
• Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before sharing it publicly.

Suspicious Emails or Websites

If you receive an email that claims to be from Zazenki but looks suspicious, or you find a website pretending to be us, please forward it to support@zazenki.com. We will never ask for your password or payment details by email.
